The portfolio is live.

Three real businesses. One paying client first, then the two companies owned by the people accountable for this one.

Ultimate Plumbing

A repair-first plumber needed a repair-first website.

The page opens on the decision a homeowner is actually making: fix what failed, not what pays a salesperson more. On a phone, the name, service area, availability, proof, and number are all standing where one thumb needs them.

You already know
how this goes.

The call comes a few weeks after your license posts. He’s “noticed your website isn’t ranking.”

He has a plan, a contract, and a dashboard. $350 a month. Fourteen months later that’s almost five grand gone, the reports keep coming (a PDF with a green arrow on a chart nobody could explain), and the phone rings exactly as much as it did before.

Somewhere around month nine comes the obvious question: where are the calls? The dashboard has an answer ready. Go ahead — ask it.

Weird. The only useful number is missing. Ask for it.

Data delayed until it becomes encouraging.

Go ahead. Keep asking a normal human question.

And leaving turns out to be the expensive part: the site was never yours to take. His name on the domain, his login on the hosting. You weren’t a customer. You were a renter.

That’s not a scam gone wrong. That’s the product, working as designed.

The playbook, tagged.

Three violations, written up so you can spot them without us. All three sit in the public record — burned owners have been writing them down in forums for twenty years, and the receipts live in our Field Manual.

Violation 001 — failed inspection

Report theater

A monthly PDF is not a result. Ask any agency one question: “which of these numbers means my phone rings more?” Then watch what happens to the meeting.

Violation 002 — gas line: handle with care

Hostage hosting

If you stop paying and your site disappears, you never owned it. The domain, the files, the login — check whose name they’re in before you sign, not after. This is the clause that blows up on you at the worst possible moment.

Violation 003 — failed inspection

The badge wall

“Certified partner” means somebody passed a quiz. A wall of badges is decoration. Ask for one client’s phone number and permission to call them instead.

That’s the whole con. Now you can’t unsee it, and it cost you nothing. That part’s on purpose.

Here’s our deal, in writing.

We don’t promise results.
We promise opportunity.

Anyone who promises rankings is selling. We’re building. The difference is the whole business.

What we control, and deliver

  • Your voice and your story, told straight. Never a template
  • Pages that answer the questions your customers actually type
  • The behind-the-scenes labels Google reads (schemamarkup that tells Google what each page is about), speed, and structure built to code
  • Ownership: it’s yours when it’s paid for
  • The prices and the contract, published

What we don’t, and won’t pretend to

  • How fast Google moves
  • Whether your customers write reviews
  • Your competitors’ ad budgets
  • Miracles, timelines, “#1 guaranteed”

Why pink? On a jobsite, pink survey marks mean “unknown — still being surveyed.” Anybody who paints those lines a confident color is lying to you. So we don’t.

Two working owners and a crew.
Not an agency floor.

Phil Sheridan

4D Restoration — Oklahoma City

Oklahoma Army National Guard, six years, Afghanistan 2011 to 2012. Then a police officer. Then insurance inspections. Then he built a restoration company on one habit: he answers his own phone.

“I started 4D because I was tired of watching people get ripped off by contractors who don’t show up. This is the same fight, pointed at your website.” — Phil

Derrick Fredendall

TrueSight Environmental

Army veteran. Registered nurse, ten years of ERs, before he started reading buildings like patients. Built an inspection company that can’t sell remediation on purpose, so the only product left to sell is the truth.

“Insurance companies have a word for me: difficult. But correct. That’s the standard your site gets held to.” — Derrick

The crew

Design, build, copy, SEO, hosting — same hands

Before we wrote one word for one plumbing company, we built a research map of its market — close to seven thousand pieces at last count. Competitors, searches, the questions homeowners type at 2 a.m. Every build gets that treatment, and you get the write-up to keep (it’s called the research file, and it’s listed on the pricing page).

Our builder is school-trained and has been doing this for real since 2012. One crew, front to back, not a site guy, an SEO guy, and a content guy who never talk to each other. The longer story is on the crew page.

Phil’s and Derrick’s companies are the portfolio. Look them up yourself — both rank in their markets, and both phones ring.

Hire us one of two ways.
You own it either way.

Work order 6500

The Rough-In

$6,500
  • Custom design, and every word written in your voice from a voice recording you make on your own time. That’s the main creative homework; there’s also one short fact sheet, a photo link, and a few one-time logins we walk you through by email
  • The local search foundation: service pages, schema, Google Business Profile wiring
  • The research file, the listings cleanup, email on your own domain, the review kit, and the brand sheet
  • Year one included: checkups at three, six, nine, and twelve months, three edits, and the hosting, free

10% down ($650). Balance on delivery — the site goes live when it’s paid, and from that moment it’s yours. Domain, files, logins: your name.

Work order 15K

The Full Install

$15,000
  • Everything in the Rough-In, at full depth
  • City-by-city service pages, built as a fleet, and the content engine that keeps earning rankings after launch
  • Google reviews auto-synced to the site, and your first ninety days of Business Profile posts scheduled before it even goes live
  • Twelve edits in year one, used whenever you want

Or the only payment plan we offer: 12 × $1,350, own-when-done. That’s $16,200 total, $1,200 more than cash, printed here on purpose. Miss payments and the site comes down — no collections, no lawyers, we just stop hosting it. Make payment twelve and the deed changes hands. Fair both ways.

Twelve payments. Then it’s yours.

Need a logo built from scratch? The brand package is $1,500 flat, same 10% deposit rule, and every file is yours, including the source files.

The plumber math: three water-heater installs gross more than this entire site costs, with the first year of hosting already in it. And if what you actually want is a $500 template, that’s not us. Squarespace is right there, and we’ll tell you the same thing by email.

The prices, in full

The free side.

Everything we know, written down, free. A manual, plain and complete: no email gate, no drip campaign waiting behind it.

How customers actually find a contractor. Why your Google Business Profile out-earns your website some months. What an SEO guy actually does for $1,500 a month, explained so you can decide if that’s worth it — or do it yourself from the truck.

  • How people really pick a plumber at 2 a.m.The searches, the map with three businesses under it, and what they check before calling.
  • Do you actually need a website?Honest answer: maybe not. How to tell in five minutes, free.
  • The agency contract, translatedEvery clause that costs you, in plain English, before you sign it.

The knowledge is free. The labor is what you pay for. The Field Manual is open — start anywhere.

After year one — and only if you say so then; nothing renews itself — keeping the lights on is $150 a month: hosting, security, backups, and a couple of edits every month. If you want us building every month instead, that’s $750 a month, month to month: articles in your voice, your Business Profile kept active, the social kit, your ads run from an account you own, reviews watched. Each month you get a plain-text note with the real numbers: rankings, calls, jobs. You’ll know it’s working the way that counts: the phone rings.

There’s no countdown on this page.

Take your time. We’re not going anywhere.

When you’ve got a question — about the packages, about a contract you’re stuck in, about whether you need any of this at all — write to us. You’ll have an answer inside one business day. Nobody will pitch you, and nobody will call you.
